What is SpotnHop?
SpotnHop is a chauffeur-driven luxury car service in Lagos and Abuja. You book a verified luxury car with a certified chauffeur, agree the fare before you travel, and follow the trip live in the app.
Can I drive the car myself?
No. Every SpotnHop trip is chauffeur-driven, so you can work, rest or simply arrive well.
How do I book?
Download the SpotnHop app, choose your pickup and destination, pick a car and confirm. You can book for right now or schedule a ride days ahead.
How is the fare worked out?
You see the full fare in naira before you confirm. It is based on the type of car and the kind of trip, such as a transfer, hourly hire or daily hire, and there is no surge pricing on top.
Can I book a ride for later, or for someone else?
Yes. Schedule a ride for a day and time that suits you, and you will be reminded a day before, two hours before and thirty minutes before pickup by push notification, email and SMS. You can also book on behalf of a guest, who receives the pickup details by SMS.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. Your chauffeur meets you at arrivals. Add your flight number when you book so they know when you land.
Can my company pay on account?
Yes. A company can request a corporate account. Once approved with a credit limit, staff book on credit with a cost centre on every trip and the company receives one monthly statement.
What does it cost to cancel?
Cancelling before the trip keeps a small cancellation fee and refunds the rest to your SpotnHop wallet. The app shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
How do I pay?
You can pay from your SpotnHop wallet or with a card, or on a company account if your employer has one.
How can I list my car or drive for SpotnHop?
Fleet owners list a vehicle in the SpotnHop host app and earn their share of each completed trip. Chauffeurs apply or are invited by a fleet owner, are verified, and are paid for every trip.
