Account & Data Deletion Request

Under Google Play Developer Policy and international data protection laws (NDPA, UK GDPR), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your SpotnHop account and associated personal data.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is verified and executed, SpotnHop permanently decouples and purges your personal profile across all platform databases.

Immediately Erased:
  • Your login credentials, authentication tokens, and passwords.
  • Saved contact details, emergency contacts, and profile photo.
  • Payment gateway tokens, saved card identifiers, and billing profiles.
  • Marketing subscriptions, notification preferences, and device push tokens.
Statutory Retention Requirements:

In accordance with applicable corporate tax, anti-money laundering (AML), and financial accounting regulations, SpotnHop is legally required to retain transaction ledger records (invoices, trip dates, amounts paid, tax withholdings) for a statutory period of up to seven (7) years. These records are isolated, encrypted, and disassociated from your active profile.

Irreversible Action: Account deletion cannot be undone. Active reward credits, ongoing dispute resolutions, and active reservation itineraries will be permanently forfeited.
